Metalock Brasil, a specialist in on-site machining and industrial maintenance, has successfully completed the polishing of a generator shaft for a company in the energy sector. The service involved the precise removal of material on both sides (A and B) of the shaft, ensuring the equipment’s integrity and optimal performance.

The scope of work included assembling the machining equipment, polishing the shaft with the removal of 0.01 mm of material and subsequently releasing it for operation. The service was executed in accordance with strict technical standards, ensuring efficiency, safety and reliability.

Upon completion of the service, all machining equipment was disassembled, allowing the generator to resume normal operation and restoring its functionality to optimal parameters.
